Parameters	Description
entityId	AI's entity who's FOV is checked
entityId2	that's entity is looking for ;)

Returns

! 1st value - TRUE if the agent is within the entity FOV ! 2nd value - TRUE if the agent is within the entity's primary FOV or FALSE if within secondary FOV !
