Parameters	Description
float fFade	Fade value.
sSoundMoodName	Sound mood name.
nFadeTimeInMs	Fade time in milliseconds. Default value 0.

! Updates a SoundMood current fade ratio (0-1)

Syntax: Sound.RegisterSoundMood(sSoundMoodName, fFade [, nFadeTimeInMS])

Updates the specified sound mood.
