int SetPauseAllPlaying(IFunctionHandler * pH, bool bPause);

Parameters	Description
bool bPause	True to pause all the playing sounds, false to resume them.

Syntax: Sound.SetPauseAllPlaying( bPause )

Sets/unsets pause for all the playing sounds.
